Thank you for the review we loved chatting with you!! So glad you enjoyed your first visit. If you ever want to put any art on our pinboard we’d love to showcase some!!
I have been very excited waiting for its opening, I can say I was not disappointed :) The coffee is delicious I usually go Coffee No.1 but I think this is my new place for sure, The Baked Treats are by far the tastiest, the atmosphere is very warming and comfortable.

Expensive pastries. £4.25 for a cinnamon roll that’s exactly the same as Coffee #1’s for £3.80. Muffins are also £4.25 unbelievable! They opened as a “coffee and tapas bar,” but the menu is confusing and similar to most other coffee shops around. There’s nothing new, unique, or remotely “tapas” about it. So why call yourself a tapas bar when you don’t actually serve tapas?
Edit- I find your response a bit exaggerated. From what I can see in your cafe and coffee#1, all your cakes and pastries appear to be supplied by CakeSmith rather than baked in house. The prices for these items are publicly available online from CakeSmith, so anyone can see the cost they pay. Charging £4.25 for a cinnamon roll that costs around £1.15 wholesale feels quite excessive. Thank you, but I won’t be coming back. Even your food prices are extremely high for what they are, and the portion sizes are quite small.- Food

Owner response
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent visit didn’t meet your expectations. We take pride in using high-quality produce and our pricing unfortunately has to reflect this to enable any kind of profit margin. We understand given the current economic climate how important saving money is however we are still a business at the end of the day and all our goods are fairly priced based on their quality. As for our “coffee and tapas bar” concept, we appreciate your comments. Our vision is to combine a welcoming coffee shop atmosphere with a menu inspired by the sociable, shared style of tapas dining. While we currently focus on coffee, pastries, and light bites during the day, we’re continuing to evolve our offering to better capture that tapas experience as we will begin to stay open in the evenings once our alcohol license is approved. We have started with just drinks, pastries and now breakfast and lunch to allow our staff to settle in without feeling overwhelmed. We’d love the chance to welcome you back and show you more of what we’re about. If you’d like to share more feedback directly, please feel free to contact us at fikacoffee2025@icloud.com Warm regards, Tallulah (cafe manager)
